8 Easy Tips for Eyecare

Eyecare is an important part of your beauty care and eyes are the most attractive one.  We do so many things that might make the eyes tiring. Tired eyes will ruin your make up and beauty for sure.

 Here are six ways to maintain eye health.

1.  It is very good if we do eye exercises. Eye exercises reduce their strain, some of them are:

Move the eyes from left to right from top to bottom. Hold the finger four inches away from the eye. Focus on the tip of the finger and try to look at the pot as much as possible.



2. During working time, use the resting time as much as as possible. At rest washing face and sitting with your eyes closed will give freshness for the eyes. 

3.  Make sure there is enough light while reading. Lying down and reading is not good for eyes.

 4. While driving Do not look into the headlights of other vehicles.

5. Do winking eyes as much as possible. You should avoid point focused look at times.

6. Don't hesitate to wear sun glasses. Because sun glasses save the eyes from harsh sun rays.

In sun glasses Gray and Brown are good for color recognition and you can

opt for special glasses for driving.

7.  If you are reading at late night use a table lamp.  If you don't have such facility adjust the light or your sitting so that light does not fall directly on the eyes and fall on the reading book.

8. Women having babies will not get enough sleep at night. In order to solve this problem sleep when your baby sleeps at day time.
