Advertisers have been saying on TV at least ten times a day that the smell of sweat and body odor is a life-threatening problem. Advertising companies make sweats look unnatural. But think something. If you are a human being, you will sweat. It's just that the smell of some people's sweat intensifies in a way that others can't stand. That is body chemistry. There is no need to be overwhelmed by the same. With a little care, you can reduce this pungent odor of sweat. Give these tips a try.

  • Add 4 drops of Cologne in bating water. I you  don't have it then you can use half of a lemon. If you use warm water for bath, then you can add lemon leaves to it.
  • If you apply oil on your body before bathing, then add some grinded camphor and grass oil in the oil. Apply this oil on the parts  where sweating happens most.
  • Deodorants are much better than perfumes.
  • The more sweat gets thicker the more stench gets increased specially during summer season. So drink lots of water.
  • If the cloths you wear have fragrance, the problem of sweat odor will be reduced by half. People who sweat a lot should not re-use the cloths they once wore without washing. 
  • Avoid synthetic dress during summer season. Sweat can cause a pungent odor. Cotton dresses are more better.
