Eyecare Tips to Enhance Beauty



 The eyes are the most beautiful organ.  The eyes are as important in health as they are in beauty.  The eyes need careful care.
 Dust and smoke can cause discomfort on long trips. Try to wear sunglasses while traveling.  Care should be taken not to put too much sun on the eyes.  Insomnia is another problem that affects the health of the eyes.  Get at least eight hours of sleep a night.  Reading in a dimly light while on vehicle is harmful to the eyes.  If you feel unwell after washing your make-up around the eyes with fresh water, wash your eyes and face with water containing tulsi or nanthyaarvattapoo.


There are also some tricks to soothe tired eyes.  After crushing one or two gooseberries and soaking them in water for two days, pour that water over them and wash your eyes.  Dip one cotton ball into a cold tea or rose water and apply it on the eyelids.
 Putting fluffy chopped cucumber outside the eyelids will brighten the eyes.  If your eyes are tired after waking up, put a cotton ball dipped in warm milk on the eyelids to prevent drowsiness.  Dip a cotton ball in lukewarm water mixed with lemon juice and apply it on the eyelids.  Do not use towels or eyeliner used by others.  Do not touch the eye with your hands.  These precautions can help prevent the spread of eye diseases.  Drink at least eight glasses of water a day and get enough sleep to get rid of dark circles under the eyes.  Including leafy vegetables, fish and milk in the diet can help improve health.

Some tricks to enhance eye beauty

 Blackheads can also appear on the eyelids due to fatigue, malnutrition and tension when the eyes do not get enough
 rest.  You can also try rubbing potatoes on the outside of the eyes, applying apples on thin eyelids, and applying a lotion. It is also good to massage around the eyes with face cream .But it should be rubbed very gently with the ring finger.  Excessive sleepiness or tired eyes make the eyelids droop and give the face an overall sluggish look.  Before applying make-up, massage the face and eyelids with an ice cube to stimulate the face.  Soak a towel in water mixed with cologne drops and place it in the fridge.

 Pure water is the cure for the eye.  Rinse your eyes at least four to five times a day with cool clean water .Dust, dirt and grime.  Any eye medication should be prescribed only by a doctor.
