How to Get Rid of Dandruff ?

 One thing that can affect anyone, whether male or female, is that dandruff. The body cells falling quickly instead of the normal falling causes dandruff.  It can be caused by a person who eats differently than usual, the wrong diet, stress, hormonal problems, unclean scalp infections, etc. Dandruff is consisting of two types dry dandruff for dry skin and oily dandruff for oily skin. For people who have dry dandruff, the eyebrows and eyelids can be affected by even a slight rubbing. What to do at home?

Dry dandruff should be done by rubbing olive oil or coconut oil on the scalp  and cover the head with a warm towel. Wash well after applying an anti- dandruff shampoo on your scalp. During  shampooing, hair might get dry, so it is better to apply a hair oil or hair serum  after shampooing.

For oily dandruff, the treatment is different. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice to two tablespoons of water. Apply this mixture on the scalp with a cotton swab. After 15 minutes, wash off the scalp with baby shampoo.




There are various treatments available in beauty parlors. Ozone Treatment,  Oil Massage, Hair Tonic, Steaming, protein treatment, Hair Spa etc. are some of them. Depending on which company's product is used, the cost can be vary. It is advisable to do these treatments at least once a month. 

Keep the hair clean is the important thing to get rid of dandruff. Hair should be washed daily. Pea powder can be used to wash hair. Dried gooseberry juice mixed with Aloe vera juice can be applied on the scalp. Milk, eggs, leafy vegetables, small fish, and a diet rich in calcium, protein, and iron are essential for good hair. Apart from you should kept your stress out your mind .
